Bruce Eckel is a veteran in the industry, so his presentation packed with tips and suggestions could be valuable to anyone responsible for a development team.
What I especially liked in his talk is that he was not repeating the dogmas of any randomly chosen, currently fashionable agile methodology. Instead, at points he was even critical, and only used concepts from different methods, showing why they are important, and how these could be used in practice.
His prezi is already available online. Unfortunately he didn't have time to talk through all the slides so it's definitely worth checking - full of readily usable information.
