Rachel Laycook from ThoughtWorks talked about not just introducing, but actually implementing and optimizing continuous delivery, with real-life experiences: common problems that will occur in CD processes, and how to solve or work around them.

The talk was rather less about devops tricks, and instead, more about architecture-, organization- and process-optimization, so if you're in that audience, it's definitely worth checking out from the archives. It's especially useful if you're planning to or just started using some form of continuous delivery.
