I unfortunately missed the first few minutes of this already very short talk, so I couldn't make much sense of the rest at first, but after checking the project's site it sounds really exciting. The concept in short is that small teams of developers write robots who compete in poker tournaments. Their code in master is automatically deployed, so quick improvements based on competitors' behavior gives great advantage - but also, a bug in there can cost a lot if it cannot be fixed fast.

The goal is to model concepts related to the lean philosophy (minimum viable product, rapid development cycles, continuous integration, etc.) in a playful environment. I think this is definitely something to consider for our next tech gathering!
